Unfortunately, NO. dkpPERKS points are non-transferrable and non-refundable and have no cash value.

Yes, dkpPERKS Points expire 12 months after issued.

Are there any limitations or restrictions to the number of dkpPERKS that I can redeem?
You may redeem as many dkpPERKS as possible to offset cost of services or products in increments of $5. You may not redeem dkpPERKS for applicable tax(es), gratuities, or fees

How can I redeem my birthday dkpPERKS Points?
You will receive an email with your birthday gift details on or about the first day of your birthday month. Your gift is redeemable only within your birthday month.

What are the restrictions to how I redeem my dkpPERKS??
dkpPERKS must be applied toward a service, package or product total of at least $5 increments before any applicable fees or taxes are applied. For example, a $5 dkpPERKS cannot be applied toward a balance of $2, the balance must be at least $5. Two $5 dkpPERKS cannot be applied toward a balance of $8, the balance must be at least $10. No dkpPERKS change is given in the exchange.
